TRX is seeking a vice president of human resources with a proven strategic HR track record and experience managing multiple international locations within a mid size technology or software as a service company. Open to candidates in Atlanta or Dallas!


Responsibilities:

Drive employee communication and morale worldwide

Sponsor leadership training and development

Manage all Human Resources facets such as employee compensation, benefit programs, 401K tec.

Establish strong employee communication rigor and build stronger connections between employees and the company

Ensure TRX standards are global not just US centric

Establish HR as a trusted resource for all TRX employees

Requirements:

Requirements
Bachelors degree minimum, advanced degree in human resources or psychology preferred
8 years of human resources experience minimum
Experience at the VP level or reporting directly to the president or CEO
Proven strategic HR track record (acquisitions, expansion, dynamic corporate changes etc.)
Experience managing multiple locations, preferably multinational
Background in technology or software as a service
Experience developing and managing a training/development program
