Duties and Responsibilities: Within regulatory guidelines, processes routine contract change transactions from requests sent in to include; address changes or beneficiary changes with both expediency and accuracy. Will be cross-trained on these functions. Performs data entry following general instructions and guidelines, and by utilizing thorough knowledge of related section/division procedures for transaction processing. Process financial and non-financial transactions at point-of-call using workflow and administrative systems. Performs basic and complex duties associated with providing excellent customer service on life insurance products to policy owners and agents via the telephone. Make sound decisions regarding issues related to basic contract change functions.
Requirements:
** Expectations are that candidates will be able to process 80-100 transactions a day along with handle 40-50 calls. Extensive training will be conducted with an emphasis on quality and accuracy. Their core belief is "once and done". Quality Assurance has high standards and must meet 95% accuracy. *Some duties vary depending upon area and function of assignment.
*Ability to type minimum 50 wpm and minimum 10,000 kph. WILL BE TESTED
